Purchases on our site are regulated by Legislative Decree no . 185 of 22/05/1999 , dealing with distance contracts, as such purchases are perfected outside the business premises and  the delivery of the goods is directly addressed to the residence of the purchaser.
Shopandgoaccessories.com grants all products purchased  on its website and will accept the return of any item within 10 days from the receipt only if provided in the same condition in which it was received. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending an e- mail to info@shopandgoaccessories.com .
The customer will incur the shipping costs unless the return is a result of an obvious error by Shopandgoaccessories.com . In this case, these expenses will be fully reimbursed.
All shipments of products including packaging , accessories and manuals , or received with outer unsuitable or inadequate packaging and therefore damaged during shipping, will be rejected to the sender , with costs against him
Until receiving a certification of receipt to our warehouse, the goods are under the responsibility of the customer. In case the goods get damaged during the shipping, Shopandgoaccessories.com will inform the customer at the soonest, so as to enable them to file a complaint against the chosen forwarder and to obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured) .

Control of the goods

When receiving the goods, the Customer shall check:
• if the number of boxes delivered matches the quantity indicated in the delivery note;
• if the product indicated on the packaging corresponds to what is actually stated in the invoice ;
• if the packaging is not damaged or altered in any way ;
• if there is any damage or mismatch in the number of boxes or other details ; in case, these faults must be immediately reported to the forwarder taking care of the delivery.

Request to replace an article

The customer has to verify the functionality and completeness of the product within 8 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The replacement of an item or component can take place if :
• Shopandgoaccessories.com has mistakenly sent a product different from what the customer ordered. It is advisable to compare what was delivered with its technical description on our website, where a detailed photo of the product and its main technical characteristics are described. Opening this package will be allowed only in case the packaging does not allow to verify if the product ordered is that delivered;
• the purchased product shall not work since first use ;
• the item is incomplete, lacking some of the components listed in its technical description of the site.
In each of the above listed cases, Shopandgoaccessories.com will be incurring the shipping costs.
The forwarding Agency to be used for the return shipment is Bartolini SpA (www.brt.it).

If the Customer shall not like the purchased items, they may decide to return it to Shopandgoaccessories.com booking a collection from the forwarder agency Bartolini Spa. When the parcel will be returned to the warehouse- after checking the actual return of all components of the product- Shopandgoaccessories.com will send an email with a promotional code: the value of the coupon will equal the value of the returned good, less the cost of return shipping of the product.

Having decided to exercise the right of withdrawal or request for replacement of a product, please contact our Customer Service at info@shopandgoaccessories.com or from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 18:30 before arranging the return shipment
When contacting  the Customer Service, you will need to have the following documents and information available:
• original invoice (indicating the order number);
• In case of partial withdrawal,  the item code;

When shipping back the item, the customer must remember to fill in the back of the shipping document and send it with the products they want to return to

In case of missing invoice  or missing transport document , please include in the package a letter indicating your name , full address, mobile phone number, e- mail address and order number,  mentioning the reason of the return. As soon as the parcel is received, it will be promptly notified by email or phone.
It is understood that Shopandgoaccessories.com will not refund the object if it will not be received.

Shopandgoaccessories.com takes care of the Client far beyond 10 days after the purchase, pledging to provide any component that might get damaged during normal use.
This represents an extra value for the buyer , who shall not contact the manufacturer in case of any issue and can get quick help to find replacements on the site.

Damage to the goods during transport

In case the carrier delivers a visibly damaged box, Shopandgoaccessories.com recommends to accept the goods indicating on the transport document " goods with packaging visibly damaged." Therefore the customer must promptly contact Shopandgoaccessories.com Customer Service, who will start a practice of replacement for damaged goods.

Service & Warranty provided directly by the manufacturer

All products sold by Shopandgoaccessories.com are backed by the manufacturer's warranty ; both warranties are peculiar to the individual item and their specifications can be found inside the packaging. To benefit from it, the customer must keep the invoice or the delivery note with which purchased products are received.
